Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $30, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article for the same article, please send us an email at info@kchlo.com.au and post your article to PO BOX 282, Salisbury, QLD, 4107.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
